Perched at the top of a downtown Seattle high-rise, the 21,000 sq. ft. Skyview restaurant takes its inspiration from nature’s most efficient pollinators: bees. The perfect geometry of honeycomb is reinterpreted in sculptural forms, from custom light fixtures to metal privacy panels. Seating and lounge areas punctuate the massive space with smaller hubs of activity, private dining, and chefs’ tables. At the end of the day, Skyview is all about the views: floor-to-ceiling windows give diners bees’-eye views of downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier, and sunsets over the Olympics.
